We will only agree to photograph a wedding after meeting the bride and groom-to-be and being assured that we are all comfortable with each other. The photographer is an integral part of the day and we always help to steer the couple through it. The following timeline explains the process:-

• Initial meeting to discuss ideas, dates, style, suitability etc.
  
• Agreement meeting to formalise requirements and sign Wedding Contract. Booking fee payable.
  
• Remainder of payment due no later than one month before the day.
  
• Further contact to make final arrangements.
  
• The "Big Day". Photographs will include arrivals at the venue, the service (if permitted), signing the register, first picture of the newly-weds, formal group photographs, bride and groom with the wedding car, romantic studies away from guests and mock cutting of the cake. Special requests for particular shots can also be made.
  
• On a pre-arranged date following return from honeymoon, further meeting to view proofs and order album, reprints etc. as required.
