I will only agree to photograph a wedding after meeting the bride and groom-to-be and being assured that we are all comfortable with each other. The photographer is an integral part of the day and I always help to steer the couple through it. The following timeline explains the process:-

• Initial meeting to discuss ideas, dates, style, suitability etc.
  
• Agreement meeting to formalise requirements and sign Wedding Contract. Booking fee payable.
  
• Remainder of payment due no later than one month before the day.
  
• Further contact to make final arrangements.
  
• The "Big Day". Photographs will include arrivals at the venue, the service (if permitted), signing the register, first picture of the newly-weds, formal group photographs, bride and groom with the wedding car, romantic studies away from guests and mock cutting of the cake. Special requests for particular shots can also be made.
  
• On a pre-arranged date following return from honeymoon, further meeting to view proofs and order album, reprints etc. as required.
